Real story! In February 2017 in Espírito Santo, during Carnival. All the police went on strike. The city was gripped by crime and violence. An elite police force is disbanded. And now, Lincoln, an ex-soldier, has to protect his family in the middle of a war. These events became known as Brazilian Purge.
The Brazilian police go on strike and so the crime takes over the city. People have to do everything to survive this day of crimes without laws.
