80年代的香港，向红从内地偷渡来港。幸得素未兽面的小丽帮忙，避过警方追捕。 向红为了生活，只好为娼，好不痛苦。后来，向红重遇被迫卖身的小丽，她为报小丽救命之恩，承担小丽的债务。自此，向红、小丽和小丽的朋友珍妮成了好友。一天，日本警方派港的国际刑警霸王花找珍妮替她搜集某跨国犯罪集团的罪证，珍妮便揩两位好友一同行动。可是，三人不幸被集团头子发现，还被禁锢。最后，霸王花亲自迎救三人，并成功拘捕犯罪分子，瓦解犯罪集团。
The 1990 Hong Kong action classic, starring Yukari Oshima, is titled Brave Young Girls in the U.S. It is a very interesting story about two beautiful young women who are completely different. One woman is a skilled martial artist/police officer and the other is a prostitute, but they figure out that it is much better to work together to solve their problems. Otherwise their problems will get them, sooner than later.
