Kolyada - this ancient custom came to us from those distant times when our Slavic ancestors celebrated the sun turning to summer, and winter - to frost. Just in the first half of January. Nowadays, Kolyada lives among the people as a cheerful winter carnival and competition, where everyone can show their dexterity, their mastery in words, games and songs.
